Is it normal that i had a penis problem?

Hey, I hope this hasn't been asked before (I searched but can't find anything), but I have a problem that is kinda related to sexual health. I am male, and 19 years old. I was a virgin til last week, but I don't think for a minute that I will ever be able to do anything with a woman again. I was with this girl, who was significantly older than me (83 i think!) and it all went well. Afterwards though, my penis wouldn't go soft, it just stayed like semi erect, after 3 days it was getting painful and had gone all blue at the end, so I decided to (how do i put his?) touch it a bit to make it go down. I accidentally put my thumb over the end whilst aroused, and all of a sudden it seemed to make like a cracking (bang!) sound and it went down like a deflating balloon, it is now purple, and the veins look angry. Have I burst my penis?
