I'm a white male and I am more easily impressed by Asian and/or black women. I don't really date ugly white women but for some reason I lower my standards when it comes to Asian or black women. Am I normal? :)

Racism for me is when you think the person is inferior and when you don't respect them as human beings. In my opinion it has nothing to do with sexual attraction. You're not obligated to feel attraction for a black or asian person or else you'll be a f**king racist, you just have to treat them with respect.

It's perfectly normal. You don't have a fetish; you have a well-defined preference. Most guys have one. As long as you treat the women you date with respect, it doesn't matter if they're all Asian, Black, or Martian for that matter.
