Why is this person still your friend? Stalkers, whether they stalk people in the real world or the virtual world, are mentally unbalanced individuals, most of whom have some sort of personality disorder, and many are substance abusers, or will become substance abusers. Even though she is only stalking your friends on networking sites now, it's just a matter of time before she takes it to another level -- possibly a dangerous level.
Because you say you are very young, I assume she is very young also, but stalkers, no matter what their age, aren't normal people. The best thing you can do is cut all ties with this girl. Do not confront her. Do not talk to her by phone. Do not return her calls or text messages. If you run into her and she speaks, just nod and keep walking or say you don't have time to talk. She is in serious need of professional help and neither you, nor anyone else who doesn't have a degree in psychiatry, is going to be able to help her because she probably needs to be on some sort of antipsychotic medication.
