Is it normal that i get very unconfortable with close contact

When my bestfriend and i have a sleepover she sometimes throws her arm around me an that arm for me weights 10 pounds.or when she hugs me for no reason i feel like i am suffocating.she is my childhood friend and the person i feel the most happy and confortable with but i cant seem to return her affection.She jokes about how i am not gonna let my boyfriend touch me.i say that its gonna be different but now i am worried that this is gonna be a problem in my future relationships.what if i can't have any intimacy.

    I get it, believe me. I barely touch my own immediate family, let alone people outside my household. It can make things difficult because a lot of people don't get it.

    i suggest finding the right hug- practice hugging. and as for cuddling just find the right position
