I get really turned on when my girlfriend hurts my balls by punching, kicking, squeezing, slapping etc.. she got me into it when she playfully did it.     It is completely normal. The thrill comes from the feeling of powerlessness, and of being dominated in an extremely personal, sexual way by a confident, attractive girl.
