Lol twat is British slang for an idiot/asshole (or a vagina). And people go to therapists to have someone validating them and making them feel special over their made up issues such as ‘depression’ and ‘anxiety’, your therapist is secretly judging you and writing it down in their little notepad.

Anyway, if it is secret it's their own business. And if you do care about it, no point in seeing them.
