Can you identify what makes you so angry? For me it's people abusing their power whilst maintaining a facade of innocence and respectability. Once you know what it is, find a channel to turn that underlying sensitivity into something constructive. Volunteer at a women's shelter (if you're a woman). Become a journalist or a blogger/write to your local newspaper. Start an atheist discussion group. Spread awareness about local abuses of power and become a thorn in someone's side. Anything.
The second step is mindfulness meditation: learn to notice when something is upsetting you before it gets unbearable, take a moment to acknowledge that it's upsetting, decide what you want to do about it, then either go do something else, deal with the problem or just forgive yourself for feeling upset. Never gaslight yourself though.
Remember, unfocussed anger doesn't achieve anything, whatever your fantasies tell you, and it's pointless to destroy your own surroundings when you could be destroying someone else's. (Yes, there is often something to be gained from dialogue, non-violent communication and mutual understanding, but if the abuser is in a position of power, stands to gain from the situation, and is financially invested in it continuing then forget it.)
