  • I have tried so many things to overcome anxiety but there truly are very few solutions for this. The only solution I could find ws using the emotional freedom technique. There are no "Quick fixes", if your truly interested in overcoming it its going to take months or years depending on how bad your childhood was/how hard you work on overcoming it.

You most likely have Social Anxiety Disorder. What is happening is your subconcious mind thinks that social situations are dangerous so it activates it automated built in responce in order to protect you, the FFF: Fight, flight, or Freeze responce. This responce gives you the feelings of anxiety, faster heart rate, mind blanking, sweaty and alert. It does this because of the traumas in the past mostly your childhood. Example is your in a social situation and the FFF responce goes off
"Careful! This is just like the time when they bullied you, you might experience that same shame and embarassment again"

When you are born your a blank slate, your mind is up for grabs your subconcious is like a tape recorder it records everything and then it plays out what its been given, these traumas or S.E.E's(significant emotional events) ruined your self esteem and have caused you to have negative limiting beliefs about the world, your mind is now running on bad programming.

The good thing is you can reprogram your mind and overcome your disorder. The best self-therapy method out there is EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) Its a technique where you tap on acupuncture points in a specific order while focusing on negative emotions from traumas/Beliefs and in doing so it wipes them out for good. These traumas are the foundation of your disorder in order to move forward you need to wipe out the worst ones.

I recommend getting the social confidence system it has been designed as a step by step process in removing traumas/negetive limiting beliefs. In order to overcome this you need to wipe out the traumas/negative limiting beliefs which caused your social anxiety disorder.

The SCS system but it will make your recovery a hell of a lot quicker, its a step by step system and the steps are neccesary. But just changing negative traumas to neutral/positive will make a termendous difference because you will get triggered less and less.

Give EFT a try, pickout one of your traumas and follow the tap along.
