Is it normal that i get really shaky after drinking caffeinated coffee?

I don't usually drink caffeine or beverages other than water or milk btw. After I have a 1 and 1/2 cups of caffeinated coffee, I feel hyper and my hands sometimes shake so much that I can't write properly.

normal if you don't usually drink coffee. if you have a low tolerance it's going to hit you hard.

Normal for someone who doesn't regularly flood themselves with caffine. That's assuming it's back and not also full of sugar. It's amazing how much people should be reacting to a substance but just aren't because their body is usually flooded with it.

    • Thank you. Yes, I drink it black with no cream or sugar. Flooding your body with caffeine to the point where you need copious amounts of it seems super unhealthy.

Not normal. If I don't have tons of espresso in the morning, I can't function.I get headaches. My mouth gets all dry and I am a huge grump.

Maybe true, but irrelevant: OP is talking about caffeinated coffee, not decaf
