Is it normal that i get razor burn down there??

Ok so I'm 18 and this is a true story (please no haters) I'm very self concieous about this..
Ok so here goes, I HATE having hair down there. So I do shave my pussy but everytime I do , I get super bad razor burn down there and it festers up and hurts. I've tried different creams and razors. My boyfriend wants to eat me out but I'm so scared he'll be grossed out because it is really bad..I've read up on how to prevent razor burn and how to treat it. I've tried everything and it doesn't work at all!! Please help me!!!:(

    I use clippers too. you can get a close cut with them. You'll just be itchy but you mind shouldn't be on that when he's fucking you. And tell him not to be so picky.

    Try not shaving and joining a non-pubic hair shaving club where whoever has the longest at the end of the month gets five grand. That or use dappled's shaving cream.

    An ex gf used to shave all the time, kept her self nice and smooth. She used having CREAM, not gel - the gel broke her out all the time, and use a really good 4 blade razor. And shave in the direction the hair grows - any guy can tell you thats how they keep from getting bad razor burn on their faces.

    I use a hair clipper on my pubes so that I don't get those razor burns. Then, on my balls I use a blade razor as I just end up cutting myself with the hair clipper, and I don't get these red bumps on my balls.

    I don't know what works for women in their personal areas but I know what works for men on their faces. If no girls give you any advice that works, I'll tell you what works for me. Go with the girls first, though.
