Is it normal that i get mad by nothing?

your have probably suppressed the anger involved with your daily grind. now your just bubbling over.. take deep inhalations for a few minutes.

I'm the same way...i got a stress ball. It helped...until I ended up throwing it at a glass vase and shattering it :-/

I'm the same way. I get enraged over little things and I don't know why....ffs I'm going to have a heart attack by 25.

That happened to me once. I was just sitting at the counter; and no one was home, and all of the sudden I just got way angry and my dog started barking really loud and I yelled at her like some kind of crazy person! Haha, and then I felt really bad and kinda sad and it freaked me out. However, it's never happened again. So I think it might just have been PMS...haha but in your case it sounds like you're stressed out.

Yelling in your car at the top of your lungs seems to help with the anger.

do something to get rid of your stress!! take a walk; use a stress ball, get a punching bag, lol.. but yes thats normal, im the same way

Why are you so stressed or angry? I don't understand but want to help.

I know it's lame to say - but you need to just stop and take deep breaths. I used to have the same problem. :)
