Sounds like he is just playing around with whatever girls he can. If a guy isn't making it obvious he is committed to just you, then he isn't. He is stringing you along to see what he can get and when he is done he will act like the two of you never had anything going. Save face and self esteem and focus on other stuff until a better guy comes along.
