right so if im on facebook and say a lad adds a new freind thats a girl or likes a status or any thing thars says he has bden on her wall i get really upset anf angry:/
Jealousy is an illness, it's insecurity all rolled up into one big crazy thought in your head. Being secure in yourself eliminates all jealousy! Believe me... I've never been jealous in marriage, jobs, or everyday things. It's just not worth the torment.
Delete your facebook. It's a waste of time and obviously just creates jealousy. Problem solved.
Stop dating, do not waste anymor women's time until you grow up. I'm serious. Stop, do not see anymore women until you can control this. The next steps are control and abuse. Seek some help to deal with the feelings and understand you have no control at all over another person only over yourself. If someone is going to cheat they are going to cheat you can't change that maybe stop it once or twice but it is still coming at you like a freight train so the sooner you know the better. Do not assume or accuse her of having or doin the things you would or have done. You are not a reference point for mankind only yourself.
