I've had anger problems and still do (I get really angry with some people and I end up squeezing my own hand behind my back to not show them) but they've gotten a lot better since I went to see a psychologist. Don't worry it doesn't mean you're crazy, it just means that you're a frustrated being and that you need to find a way to let off some steam. Suggestion? Take a squishy ball with you, it really helps!
