Drinking every day is healthy enough to be classed as a health benefit if it's, say, just a glass of red wine.
Getting tipsy in social situations I don't count as negative, either. You have a laugh and bond.
But there's getting drunk, and there's getting drunk. Getting to the point where you can barely function as a human being is obviously not great.
I can function. The hangovers are more debilitating to be honest. I get extremely lazy when hungover, and it takes me a day or two until I can be bothered to do anything which I don't absolutely have to do.
Is it normal that I get drunk once a week?
