Is it normal that i get a weird sensation when people touch my items?

Is it normal that whenever I see someone like touching my hair, or touching something I own I get a weird but awesome sensation? Like for example, when I was with my friend and she was playing with my hair, I got a really calming, awesome sensation. It only happens sometimes, but I love the sensation. I don't know how it is triggered, but its the best sensation.

    OMG I didn't know other people did the same thing! I have the same exact sensation all the time! I don't think this is normal though ;/
