Is it normal that i get a fuzzing in my ear?

A lot of the time when I'm in a loud place i start to get this really odd fuzzing in my ear. It will usually happen in the school lunchroom, and occasionally if I'm listening to music. It's not just something i hear, but i can feel it fuzzing. Is this normal?

...I thought this was normal. I do this, too. Like it fuzzes like there's a cotton ball in your ear and you can hear a high pitched tone, then your hearing comes back.

Sounds like the beginning stages of Tinnitus to me. This occurs when you have been listening to loud music for a prolonged time. If you listen to your earphones really loud then I would suggest to turn it well down or stop listening all together for a while. Tinnitus is incurable and people have to live with the a constant buzzing noise for the rest of their lives. DO visit the doctor ASAP before it develops, they will be able to tell you more or if wha't im saying is total bull, :D. Best of luck, wouldn't wish this on anyone!
