is it normal that i get a dry throat every night?

  • If you have allergies that cause you to have a stuffy nose at night you'll breath through your mouth and that will cause your mouth and throat to dry out a lot . Happens to me a lot . It helps if I take allergy med before bed . Sleeping with the window open a bit helps me too .

    • thanks i do leave the window open sometimes, could be allergies as i tend to get hay fever, even so it seems more than a normal dry throat because it can be pretty bad like alcohol drys even though i haven't had any, :O
