I don't really know what to say, but when I played GTA a few days ago, I was in the hospital and shot the nurses, and I felt that I was hard. I thought I better do it a few times later, just to be sure it wasn't a coincidence, and it didn't seem to be. I am very afraid of becoming some kind of psycho or something since that. Please be constructive and don't just say that I am messed up or something.
Well you are male so seeing violence gets your blood pumping and gets your adrenaline up for fight or flight. It makes sense that blood goes to that specific organ as well. It doesn't mean you are actually turned on, per say, but it does mean that you are reacting to what you are seeing physically. I wouldn't worry about it. Unless you start fantasizing about hurting someone and then act on it, you are just a normal guy.

I always feel myself get a little hard when I kick a woman over in gta in first person. As she tries to stand I push her over a few times, after she is worn out laying there metionsless I'll stomp on her a few times or kick the ribs. My favorite part comes when I take out my gun and shoot her in the face, her closed sleeping eyes open, dead. The jaw as if it's gasping in surprise pops open, the hole is right below her eye, or maybe in her nosetroll, watch the blood pool take a picture with my iFruit. No wanted level? Let's find another one this time lure it in an ally. Yeah it gets me a little hard and then I masturbate sounds normal to me. :)
Well, there are multiple elements to the story. Nurses, shooting, and playing a game. It doesn't strictly follow that it's the shooting that is causing it. Maybe you have a thing for nurses.
Why not play a different game where you have to shoot, say, aliens, and see if you're turned on by that? If you are, maybe you really are turned on by violence.
It's impossible to discount that it's more than one thing causing it and you are specifically turned on by violence against women. No need to assume it, though, when you have a working hypothesis that you can test.
Never felt anything like it or thought about hurting anyone in real life, for my own pleasure. Atleast for as long as I can recall. Never felt anything like it in any other game either, so that's atleast something. Not in any movies or anything of the like. Obviously, I could have gotten a hard on but never noticed it. But anything that I've really tested was in GTA.
