Weight actually has nothing to do with stretch marks. Stretch marks are caused by changes in volume, not mass. Stretch marks are the marks caused by your skin stretching to fit your body. They stay after the extra volume is lost, though. Losing a large amount of volume can cause excess skin, or sagging.
