Is it normal that i gain 3kg in one night?

Since forever I gain weight very easily. In a year i gained 15kg and i'll be completely honest.. I'm not eating too much food. I only eat once or twice a day!
Recently i've done a chemical diet. I lost 8kg.
Last night i went out w/ a friend for a dinner and next day i woke up 3kg fatter!
And this has not happened for the first time. All my life i've been like that, but it's now that i realized that i'm the only person i know i have this problem. If i eat something(anything) in the night, i'm gonna gain weight..and i'm can't lose it! whatever i do, i don't burn fat!
once i gained weight 8kg in one week..and i was just eating my healthy home made lunch..

Any idea what's wrong with me.. and what should i do?

    Only weigh yourself in the morning. By the time evening rolls around, the scale tells me im 6lbs heavier than when I woke up. Eat a lot of fiber, and drink water.

    My weight fluctuates about 5 pounds everyday. The days I don't are usually the days I am constipated.

    Don't pay attention to the number, it will only drive you crazy. Pay attention to how your clothes fit.

    you should probably go and see your GP and get some tests done and then they can give you advice on what to eat and how much exercise to do each day to keep your weight healthy.

    Weight varies throughout the day. As does height, believe it or not. You're taller first thing in the morning.

    I wouldn't worry in the slightest. Maybe measure your weight just once a week and see whether that is on a downward or upward trend over the space of two months. My guess is that it won't be.

    U need to get that checked out right away I think it might be something called cushing's disease. Get a treatment right away cuz if it is cushing's, it'll only get worse

    Your weight can fluctuate 2-4 lbs from morning to evening. It could also be the difference in your clothing and weather you ate something heavy or havnt gone to the bathroom
