Is it normal that I function best on only like 1400 calories a day?

  • Calories consumed varies greatly with many variances.

    During intense training periods I was shoving in 3,000 to 4,000 calories daily yet was still losing around one pound daily.

    Of course, at the end of the regimen I could engage three to four other males and defeat them in unarmed combat.

    Wasn't worth it, though.

    I would have likely been better served devoting effort to creating and maintaining better inter-personal relationships with others.

    Sniff.
