I'm almost exactly the same in all respects, 1400 cals, short walks, 5'5, yoga...it's a bit weird actually XD But I'm 128 :) I used to be 135 for a long time though and suddenly lost weight recently after illness ...spooky...
Is it normal that I function best on only like 1400 calories a day?
