I have seen others do this, but remember that you when you were not looking...dogs will eat other dog poop, dead animals, etc. They do not get sick as easily because they have stronger bacterias in their bodies to combat the sicknesses from eating these things. However, you do not have these bacteria. If your dog has licked a dead fish (ive watched it happen!) and then licks you in your mouth - you are likely to have ecoli in your mouth.
