Could you just ask her for some old documents? Like maybe to see your birth certificate or if you were ever in a church that did things like baptisms or confirmations maybe it's on those documents? Your school would have it. Do you have online access to your school records from when you were younger or maybe you could call the school when they start up again. 13 is pretty young it's not surprising you forgot, emotional and physical abuse can also impact your memory.

I'm 18. And if I ask my grandma she will think I'm even more dumb and hit me or something. I graduated this year so I can't.
