I was going to say, yes... a level of OCD. I use to have it but in different areas and results but did grow out of it to an extent. What I mean by extent is that I am not doing things as compulsively but still feel that I HAVE to do something for it not to bother me in the next hour. But now it simply applies in the areas of work and being efficient. So my solution was how can i make my OCD a benefit and put it where it's useful and not a useless part of my life.
I personally dont think it's a problem. I feel it's a trait ppl have for a reason and it's a great thing but is best when you learn and know how to apply it and know where to use it for it to be a good thing. Think of it as a super power!?!?!
Is it normal that i force myself to do things in my mind?
