it's an odd thing, when I was around 20 I had no interest in younger girls-and I found older (30-40yr) women to be extremely hot (some of them).
Now I'm 40ish and I'm very attracted to younger girls and the good thing is they seem to be pretty drawn to me too. However I do look younger for my age, so they might be thinking I'm in my late 20s or early 30s.
Anyways, I think it's a good thing, but the only problem is that he's your boss and that could cause some issues in your relation. So just watch out for that among other things.
I'm only turned off by such relationships if I feel the girl is getting a bad deal out of it-like he's ugly, abusive, she's dating beneath her level, etc.
I'm aiming for girls around 25, since they've matured, got a lot of experiences/education/career under their belt and are probably more sensible...but ya if they're a bit younger and into me, I'm not about to turn down a cutie-patootie. :)
