Is it normal that i flinch massively when im cold.....

or have an adrenaline rush?

basically when im cold or have a small rush of adrenaline (which I get for no apparent reason) I flinch alot or move my arm erratically sometimes making a small noise or curse my friends take the piss and say ive got the beginning of tourettes do I?

    I get this all the time. The cold kinda kringes my muscles and i tighten up with tons of adrenaline too.

    I think I know what you mean, I've experienced that too. When you're cold, it's tough to have 100% control over your muscles. Do you get a stiff neck and jaw too? I do.

      i have arthritis in my hands and knees so they get stiff and hurt but not in my jaw and neck
