Is it normal that i finger my ass while defecating?

For some years now I have enjoyed fingering my ass while on the toilet. Although the sensation is not unpleasant I derive no sexual pleasure from it. For whatever reason I also find it satisfying to feel myself defecate and handle my feces. Sometimes I will also wad up toilet tissue and insert it into myself so I may pass it. I realize this isn't very normal or hygienic, but I'm curious to see if anyone else shares this habit.
