Is it normal that i find sad songs satisfying?

Just to specify, i am happy most of the times, but I still don't know why I prefer sad songs/themes. They almost always give me the chills, and I keep listening to them, and for some strange reason that makes me happy.

    There's a time for both uplifting and reflective music. Personally I like them both equally.
