Is it normal that i find my food environment has changed again?

Its been a while after the fried food addiction that I had, I noticed I've began eating seafood for breakfast and for lunch I have vegetable soup and for dinner I have a bit of meat but with lots of vegetables.

I also noticed I began buying stuff to be healthy again. ( I'm not orthorexic I just do it for health reasons. ) I have done this for 2 days and noticed I've lost a bit of weight even though I have a pot belly ( I had a pot belly during the whole pandemic ).

I noticed my brain fog went away which is good I guess.

So is this normal?

Diet can most certainly affect our mental alertness and physical stamina. So yes, normal for you to feel better after transitioning to a more healthy diet.
