I can understand appreciating ears on an aesthetic level, because I'm an artist (in the loosest sense of the term) and ears are one of my favorite things to draw. I can also understand having a fetish for ears because hey, people have foot or nose fetishes, so why not ears too? However, your reason for liking ears tells me that you probably have low self-esteem. You should work on building up a higher opinion of yourself.
