My gf was semi similar on bc.. it really does a number chemically and hormonally. She switched to a non chemical iud and has been much happier, stable, and hornier ever since. That might be an option for you.. though bc is accepted by the masses doesn't make it right. The masses would also buy their own shoes off their feet put in front of the right pitch. She also started eating healthier with me and exercising mildly. Good luck with this
