I feel this way at work sometimes. But only because I have to wear these weird clothes, and pull my hair back in either an old lady hairnet, or this dorky baseball cap. And for some reason, I've been feeling this way in my car lately. I think its because I'm usually on my way to work, so the feeling is already building up.
Its probably just in your head though. Don't overthink it too much.
