  • I agree with you. We are changing the definition of beautiful to be more PC. Everybody gets a slice of cake and everybody gets to feel good even if they know it's fake deep down.
People forget there is another saying out there--'Beauty is only skin deep'. I mean, if after getting to know someone better, you still want to refer to them as beautiful from a personality-level, go right ahead. It's not inherent though.
That being said, all this hype HAS gotten me to question my level of 'inner beauty'...which boils down to, "Am I a good person or not?"

    • Thank you for agreeing! I was actually called shallow for saying this on another website yesterday! People were telling me that I am horrible person and that I'm only friends with pretty people, so I got quite offended considering the fact that most of my friends are very unattractive and I try my best to make them feel better about themselves without lying and saying they are beautiful. I never went up to someone and called them ugly but I surely won't lie and say someone is pretty if their not, you know what I mean? I do feel bad for unattractive people. I also feel like if someone is pretty they should flaunt it, rather then dealing with people who say they are shallow or mean! Because you are absolutely correct! Beauty is becoming computer generated!
