I think you are being incredibly selfish and cruel to put yourself above the needs of a family which you have created and a marriage to which you have made vows. You have in no way implied that your husband deserves this from you, and there is no way you can justify leaving your children. Your happiness is NOT paramount in this case.
The only proper thing for you to do is fulfill your obligations to your family until your children are grown and then, if you still want to leave your husband for the incestuous relationship with your cousin, well, so be it.
