The public education system is deliberately dumbing students down. Instead of teaching history about the founding fathers they're teaching gay history and social engineering to our detriment. The USA used to be leaders in math and science. Now we lead in political correctness. Whatcha think homey?
I, generally agree with your sentiment.
The USA was once [please do not use the phrase 'used to be', as this is grammatically incorrect] a leader, in math and science.
Now, we can repay them, for inflicting 'political correctness' on us.
In this New Era of Enlightenment,
We can all help to ensure that they are:
1) Grammatically and Communicatively Correct, and / or,
2) Scientifically Correct, and / or,
3) Religiously Correct.
Your ending question, "Whatcha think homey?", is acceptable, as this is clearly satirical in nature, and thus falls under the scope of Rule #5. With this said, nonstandard or slang usages should be kept where they belong.
Is it normal that I feel this way.. Again?

Incorrect, I am not an English teacher. It seems to me, though, that the English teachers have been negligent in their duty.
Please stop wasting my time, and spreading your poor grammar all over this planet. We have already dealt with the non-word, "whatcha".
Violation.
Please see Rule #3.
Transgression; Contempt, Repeat Offender.
