Seriously, I can't understand what the issue is. Women's bathrooms (I presume) have toilets in seperate cubicles - you go into your cubical, close the door, do your business, open the door, wash your hands, and leave. Who cares if the next cubicle contains someone with a penis.
I've heard the argument about "ooo, what if someone pretends to be trans to perve on women", and seriously, what is the difference between now and 5 years ago? Here's a little hint - if you are a woman in a female bathroom, and you are sitting on the toilet doing your business, and someone's head/phone appears over the door - scream like a fucking banshee and don't stop until uniformed officers arrive! Guaranteed the pervert will get tackled by someone, and arrested.
