I don't think it is. Maybe some people do but I've never personally met an Atheist who wanted to encroach on someone else's life just because they have a spiritual belief. If they do they're a prick. But then religious people who try to ram their religion down everyone's throat are pricks too so it's swings and roundabouts I guess.
