You evidently have serious confidence issues, you have to accept yourself and not care if other people accept you or not.
You have to embrace your "ditzy" side (I think ditzy people are hilarious) it doesn't make you stupid at all it's just a part of your character and anyone who thinks you are stupid for it is obviously very shallow and you shouldn't value their opinion.
You will one day find someone who loves you for you, don't change for the world because you'll never be genuinely happy. You may be waiting for a while because, as many women will agree, you will come across some right knobs but eventually you'll find someone so enjoy being young and single! Before you know it you'll be an old woman wondering where her life went =)
