Well just the fact that you mentioned that you watched those horror movies you partly answered your own question. It's normal to feel scared after movies. But if you haven't watched a scary movie for months, and haven't thought about it at all, but you truly feel like for weeks/months/years in a row you are constantly being watched or people are trying to get you, then it's possible that you have schizophrenia or some other mental condition of that sort. Go to a psychiatrist if that happens. But I can almost guarantee that you are just paranoid from those movies.
