If you live in the Sahara long enough, your body acclimates itself; finds an equilibrium. So it is with the mind. It too acclimates itself.
But it's not good to be alone. You need your fellow man. And yes people take advantage, but if you talk to anybody who's sociable and as friends they'll all tell you that they've all been burned occasionally.
Where there is great victory, there is great risk. It's unavoidable in this life.
And by extension, a common symptom of friendship is talking.
No one wants a stone for a friend; something that refuses to communicate.
Is it normal that I feel like I dont need any friends in my life?
