Maybe you just need a break and not bother each other for a while. I also wouldn't want to be very social when Im tired. And when you're not content its easier to act accidentally angry. But also try not to be an asshole and be a bit conscious about it
I came out of an emotionally abusive relationship before I got with my current partner and I feel I am still harbouring a lot of defensive from having to defend myself all the time.
Is it normal that I feel like I can be a bitch to my partner?
