Hmm well of course he's gonna be extremely nice and make you feel special so he could have every chance of sleeping with you. He may or may not be married and probably would lie to keep what he has with you. It doesn't mean he isn't married if he has no pictures, it's very easy to hide everything in your own house. Now that he had his way with you, he obviously shows a lack of care for you in my opinion. He pretty much got what he wanted but I could be totally wrong about how I see this. I'd say to stop seeing him but it's up to you.
