    Sounds like schizophrenia leading to episodes of psychosis to me.

        Psychopathy is a different illness related to a lack of empathy.

        Schizophrenics feel empathy but some schizophrenics feel they are being controlled by external objects. This is a common symptom.

        If you're serious the good news is that anti-psychotics are often very effective. You would probably be a lot happier on them.
