Assuming you're male, no, you don't "feel like a woman" because having never been a woman you can't know that: what you're feeling is how you IMAGINE a woman would feel and I'll bet that's one or all of the feminine stereotypes.
You can feel all those "feminine" things as a man, it doesn't mean you're a woman: your head is full of oldfashioned restrictive sex roles. Get rid of them before they take over!
