However, DO NOT TAKE STIMULANTS LIKE METHAMPETAMINE as this can develop into psychosis/neurosis in short order. There is always the remote chance that you live in a place thats haunted and you are misconstruing their observing you, but more likely, its what everyone else before is saying.
