A couple days ago i hooked up with a guy 3 years older than me and it was really good but when i see him st school i don’t want him to see me because i feel insecure that i’m not pretty enough and he’ll regret doing it when he looks st me, what should i do, should i feel this way, is it normal?

this was a one time thing we both knew that and he told me i was good at it but i really feel nervous to see him not because of akward ness but becuase i feel he will regret doing it because i might not be pretty enough in my eyes

what I am trying to say is... do you know how many chances in life people miss just because they think they're not enough. If it was good for you, high chance is that it was good for him as well...
And if not, well you will find that out... and still if not, it's not meant to be. BUT!!! we don't know... you don't know what he thinks, and you will never find out if you're insecure. just approach him, talk to him... maybe he is shy, so you ask him out... you never know
No need to feel insecure. Trust me, I'm guy.. you will know if he doesn't like you. And even if that's the case, what's the worst thing that can happen? Him not liking you? Well that's not a big of a deal.
I'm sure you will find a lot of people, not only guys, not liking you, one way or another. That shouldn't be problem, as long as you feel happy with yourself.
Maybe try to talk to him, through messages first, maybe that will help to confront him IRL.
There is really no need to be insecure, or ashamed.
