I've been in your position over a 14 year span in management. Yes, the relationship is important, but the job is what has to win. U need to sit them down, either together or seperatly, and spell it out for them. Their behavior is simply making your job harder. They need to b told that this kind of immaturity will not b tolerated. Inthis job market u need grown ups, not bratty children. They may not like u very much after this but that's not what important, again the job wins. Good luck!
