Aw you are right, see, the posibilities, the real things and a good advice, this is a perfect example of seeing the things objectively, when these thoughts come to my mind, I forget to think rational and start to see it all black or white.
Eerything seems so heavy, so big, so determinant and decisive. I stop thinking who I am, what I have, what my qualities are, and I look so dangerous, so mean, and at the same time so guilty.
Aw many things.
I really appreciate your comment, it made me think many things. Thank you! Hugs*
Not so young, but I still have all of these fears, long long story. I'm 25, but I've never had a boyfriend. Strong childhood, confusing adolescence, many fights with my mind lol, I'm recovering.
oh that's a very useful advice, and yes, I'm also working on it, hard with anxoety but I think I can recognize them, I ask for help, at least, I used to get in depression very fast before, you are a really nice, kind person=)
Is it normal that I feel guys make fun of me always?

Well, I've been in therapy, I quit because I couldn't afford it anymore and I returned to it about a week ago.
Hope to get better

Well therapy is a great start :D!But don't forget to do some side work at the same time, like recognizing negative thought and etc!
